See I loved it before my roots started coming through, @CazHazKidz! I must get a pic later of how crap it looks now!
@Lillynix, I can't wait to put the blue through it! Especially now I know DS isn't going to freak out and not know who I am!

Just on the purple shampoo.... I use Robert Freida Colour Renew Toner Corrector Shampoo and conditioner. You can get it at Woolies. It's nearly 20 bucks each but it really does work and you don't need to let it sit for 5 mins so your porous hair turns purple lol

Oooooh, cause that's what happened to me! Should I not have left it in that long?

I used to use the Schwarzkopf conditioner and yep when I left it for 5 mins it went purple lol your hair is so stripped it will suck in whatever you put on it. Given it's been taken to a platinum/10.0 blonde you shouldn't need that amount of purple time wise. I would suggest a decent toner shampoo. Use it 2-3 times a week and it will keep it clean blonde and yellow free as my hairdresser says.

I've got the Fudge Clean Blonde shampoo and conditioner. I just looked at it and it says "up to five minutes"...whoops!

After washing my hair today (and NOT leaving the shampoo/conditioner in for very long!), this is what my hair looks like...it's completely whack!

I have the same issues with fudge but it's the only thing that tames my brass - I find that if I fudge it and then use another shampoo as my second wash then the purple is not an issue. On the occasions I have come out and dried my hair and it's been very purple/grey I quickly jump back in and give it another wash with different shampoo and conditioner and it comes right. Loving the color and cut it suits you!
