Hey, my names Lachie, I'm new to BubHub. I'm a soon to be father of our first bubby that's due in March.
I'm interested in info about supporting my pregnant wife, as well as the challenges Dads face through pregnancy. Also interested in natural births, raising our child vegetarian and the general challenges of raising a new born.
Thought I'd let myself be known and look forward to hearing from you!

Welcome! I'm sure a Mod will find this and give some advice but I think the best place to start is to join a Due in Group (DIG) for when bub is due. Everyone there will be around the same stage as you guys. It's supportive and reassuring!
Also look in the menu for Dad's threads - not sure how busy they are.
Also if you have something specific you want to discuss do a search and see if a thread has already happened or start a new one!
As for supporting your wife, my DF would tell you I went crazy and was completely irrational during pregnancy. He just got on with things. And I appreciated it. Washing, dishes, etc. he also was very good at not taking things personally. It's hard at times but he did that well.
Also if there are tears, hugs are great!
Talk - keep lines of communication open. Talk about fears, expectations, hopes and dreams. It's an exciting time!
Best wishes for you, your wife and bubba!
