I bought myself a little dish that cooks omelettes in the microwave because I wanted a quick and healthy alternative to traditional pan cooked eggs.. and I've come to the conclusion that eggs need butter! And milk! And steaming them in the microwave might be healthy but they taste a rubber thong, lol.

When I was working in an office, I learnt how to poach eggs in the microwave. It revolutionised the office!

Doesn't everyone know this?! My dad always poaches an egg in the microwave every sat morning... I grew up thinking that was just the way eggs were poached and I was an adult before I learnt the truth

My BIL wanted an egg rolli thing for Xmas last year. He also wanted a flying alarm clock - which he complained about anyway. If I had him for Kris Kringle this year he was getting a rolli and a dozen eggs.
    It's ridiculous!
