Good thread! I have just bought my jars and my colleagues at work this week will receive homemade: lemon butter, salted caramel fudge, spiced apple and pear paste, wholemeal cinnamon cookies and maybe mince pies if I can be bothered... I'll start posting photos as they come :-)

Subbing. Great ideas! For my DH's side of the family we do Kris Kringle so we are each secretly allocated one family member at the beginning of the year (names pulled out of a hat) and we have to make a gift for that person for Christmas. It's great fun - this year I'm making a cross stitch advent calendar for my SIL. I'll post a pic once it's done.

DD & I made these as gifts for her grandparents - definitely wouldn't try this with a one year old again! She kept running away & getting paint everywhere! 😆ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1417920589.747646.jpg

Extremely Challenging Caramel Fudge (thermy recipe)
170g white chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
160g brown sugar
75g golden syrup
50g glucose syrup
1. Place broken up chocolate into TM for 5 sec. Set aside.
2. Add condensed milk, chopped butter, brown sugar, glucose syrup and golden syrup to TM and cook for 8 mins at 100C on speed 3 (MC off)
3. Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
4. Cook for further 20 mins at Varoma Temp on speed 3 (MC off)
5. Add chocolate into TM, 10 sec at speed 3-4, ensure choc has melted. Repeat if necessary.
6. Pour into lined tin. Refrigerate.
I add a bare sprinkling of sea salt across the top to cut into the sweetness.
