    Default Milk in bali

Hi all, we are traveling to bali next week and my DS who is 20 months still has 2 bottles a day of cows milk. This might sound silly but should I take long life milk with me? I can buy milk there I'm sure but was worried it might make her sick. Anyone have any idea what the milk is like there?
    TIA 👍

You could take powdered milk and just make it up with boiled water to save luggage weight.

I was also going to suggest powdered milk if you are worried about the milk there

I'd it was me, I would take my own. But I know here are some stores that sell baby formula so I'm sure you'd be able to find milk.

But I'd be too worried that it would taste different and DD wouldn't have it. So being the control freak I am, I'd likely have litres stashed in our bags

I haven't tried to find milk in Bali, but other parts of Asia I've been to you could only get UHT (long life) cows milk. DD had no issues with it.

If it's only for a week or so though, I'd pack enough long life milk, the packets of 6x250ml are good as then no need for fridge, just use one per bottle. The space they leave on the way back you'll fill with shopping!

One of my good friends was just in this predicament with her dd who is 19 months. She tried uht milk before they left but her dd kept throwing it up. They decided in the end to give her the cows milk that was in bali and she was absolutely fine.

We travelled to Bali earlier in the year & I honestly don't remember seeing milk anywhere to buy.... But we weren't looking for it. (DD was at home with my parents). I would take my own.

We packed long life milk for DS. We carried the small packs and stuck them in hotel fridge so they were cold.
DS had no issues with it.

Hmmm thinking I will take my own then. No one had any problems taking it into bali?
