The other day (November 25) was White Ribbon Day, where many events where held accross Australia in the campaign against violence against women.
I thought it might be a good idea to give out some information about the campaign here ...
http://www.whiteribbon.org.au/upload...Campaignv3.pdfThe White Ribbon Campaign is the worlds largest move3ment of men and boys working to end men's violence against women and girls and to promote gender equity, healthy relationships and a new vision of masculinity.
White Ribbon Australia, as part of this global movement, aims to create an Australian society in which all women can live in safety, free from violence and abuse.
the facts sheets on this site are very enlightening, and I would encourage all of us with an interest in social change to have a look.
These are not bad
