Healthy - apples and other fruit in general, rice crackers, nuts.

    Non-healthy - m&ms, twisties/cheezles

Fruit - berries, grapes and apples atm, veggie sticks, cruskits with cream cheese, tomato and cucumber with salt and pepper, plain popcorn. I love stone fruit, citrus, mangos, fresh pineapple, cheese and crackers, nuts and yoghurt but I'm really not supposed to face them because of my renal failure - sometimes I'm naught though!

I have a bit of an addiction to salt and vinegar flavoured rice crackers and cannot have cheezels in the house or I'll scoff the whole packet in one go

Isn't that the best kind of snack? You will know nobody will eat it before you can.
