Yep another here that started when dd could sit upright on bench, started with the bumbo (naughty).
DH is not handy and I couldn't afford a learning tower so I just use a dining room chair lol
Apart from things already mentioned - dd LOVES to crumb things- well chuck the flour and breadcrumbs everywhere.
She also loves to tenderise meat pounding away. Arranging things in the plate like salad too.
Meal prep is the only time I can get her to try new things or eat veggies- if she helps she usually nibbles along the way. If I actually put it on a plate for her- yuk lol!
A great easy recipe I use is a basic corn muffin mix- use just the can to measure no cups required
1 can creamed corn
1 can grated cheese
1 can self raising flour
Add anything you want to this - I usually add a little grated zucchini and ham, and some herbs. Bake in oven till golden brown - usually 15-20 minutes. Super easy and little washing up
