My MIL did something like this but instead of unpacking the boxes she came in behind me and reorganised what I unpacked to the way she would have things

We took Dd to the beach for the first time yesterday. She hated it! I've never liked the beach either so I said "I guess she takes after her mum." My Mil responded "hopefully she changes then."

MIL saw me take a couple of panadol a couple of days ago.
She said "you need to be tough enough to put up with a headache, not take drugs all the time"

Asked SIL a question about kids tablets - she knows lots about technology, thought she may be able to recommend a brand. This is the reply I got. She's been judging everything lately, including the fact that I serve supermarket party pies at my kids birthday parties.

pff if she knew anything about technology she would know how stupid her comment is what a B. I agree with the other posters though samsung tablets all the way

Did you tell her with a smile that you've never had headaches before. Must be something to do with your living environment!

I think you should tell her that everyone should sit on the grass, maybe a rock. You know, the "old fashioned way" without all the pesky distractions :P

Oops - too slow reading and replying. Everyone else beat me to this same idea! Have a good Christmas.

I am stuck camping with my passive aggressive mil for a week, so who knows what she will come out with. Luckily I have plenty of wine!!
