I had also had the LIT treatment a few weeks before starting.

It was our first cycle at Monash with dr nick and we produced 2 of our first ever day 5 blastys.

Unfortunately the emby from that cycle did not take, so we took a few months off, went to Japan and then decided to squeeze in one more cycle before our 6months of LIT treatment ran out.

For my FET I again needed intralipids, clexane, aspirin, dexo and progesterone.

I will be on everything until 13 weeks (with intralipids every two weeks) except aspirin which I stay on until 34 weeks.

I think our LIT treatment came to its end of effect a few weeks ago, but I was told not to worry about that. I guess I'm far enough along that it doesn't matter?

Don't give up hope ladies. After 6 cycles and not one BFP, I really thought we had no hope for our 7th cycle. Yet here I am...8 weeks pregnant!

I hope you all get your turn soon! xx

Hi freakedout44, reading your post brings me back hopes again as I started to lose it already (I have NK cell 25% both uterus & blood) + DQ Alfa matched. Only regret I should get them check earlier (tried for 4 years with BFN). All the best with your pregnancy..

@Hopeful59 - don't loose hope. While I would never claim "it will happen one day", you're now armed with new information that could be the key to your eventual success.

Where are you based? Who is your specialist?

I would highly recommend intralipids and LIT treatment. I'm almost positive that's what got us our only BFP and the bubba I'm currently growing (31 weeks!!)

Wishing you the best of luck. I hope you get your bubba soon.

Default High NK cells and possible DQ Alpha gene match

Hi @Hopeful59, could I ask what your DQ alpha numbers were? Were you tested for further HLA matches?
@skye76 I think NL has only started enforcing PGD & day 5 transfers since his Santa Barbara conference (around mid 2015), they highlighted the benefits of doing things that way while he was there..
