I once picked up some dirty washing off the floor and there was a massive huntsman on the floor under them. I screamed, threw the washing away and then ran...leaving ds sitting on the floor next to it!!

I did the old pick up and sniff with a pair of my knickers.
OK.. Back story first. I have a bit of a reputation for scaring people with fake spiders. I did have several realistic looking plastic ones I used to put in well placed locations.
Back to the knickers..
Well I picked up one pair I suspected needed washing but were close to the clean washing pile. Anyway I picked them up to smell them and as I did I saw a flash of black and assumed it was my plastic one as it was the same type and size. But, as I sniffed them I felt something cold and hard touch my lip. Well I decided they needed washing so I threw them in the wash and as I did, my plastic spider walked away.
Eewww eewww eewww I accidentally kissed a spider!

My son got a massive spider on his head at an open house.
I tried to brush it twice and it didn't move... Started crawling towards his face so I did a massive smack... Right across his head... He screamed and people looked at me horrified...

Don't feel bad @LittleMissSunshine it was a SPIDER! ON YOU! Gaaaahhh! I have no doubt I'd have done something similar, rationale goes out the window when snap decisions are made regarding spiders. And thanks for the laugh
