    Thanks! Dh and I made the tree last year, it's just tree branches docked to different lengths with holes drilled in them and then threaded onto a bit of steel rod.

    I got the stamps for the round decorations from spotlight, and the pattern on the star is that plastic doily tablecloth roll from spotlight too, just put it on top of the salt dough and used a rolling pin to imprint the pattern then cut out the shapes with cookie cutters

    We decided to put ours up today. This is the first year DD has helped and she was sooo excited to help DH! Excuse the turtle, DD wanted to put "Tiddles" up in the tree.

    We're off to the in laws for Christmas this year so won't put up a tree but I really want to join in all the Christmas fun so here's our tree from last year.
