Default In 2WW of ivf1 - comparison between ivf and iui?

Hi, I have done 3 failed IUIs - two with chemical pregnancies. I have just done my first ivf. Managed to transfer one embryo back and freeze 3. I have been doing acupuncture for a number of months. Anyway, basically I'm at 7 days after the transfer and doing the pregnancy test this Friday. I have been doing pregnal injections. I have started getting cramps just like all the other times, feels like periods. Just wondering - is there any chance it has still worked? I'm curious to know peoples experiences with regards to different/same symptoms when moving from iui to ivf.

Can I just add to this that my progesterone is now in the 800s - is this normal??? I have 2 days until my blood test.

I had 4 failed iuis and one successful IVF. All 'symptoms' were the same. Got a BFP at 7dp5dt.
