    @Fifibub76 - good luck! x
    @M'LadyEm - I took CoQ10 for 3-4 months prior to my BFP. I strongly believe it's a major reason for my O and egg being good enough to go the whole way by itself. Takes around 3 months for effects to be seen, as that's the egg life cycle. If you haven't already tried it, I would give it a go.

    I was actually eyeing off the CoQ10 in the chemist the other day. Might have to get some today. Any brand recommendations are they pretty much the same strength?

    @M'LadyEm - no idea about different brand quality! When it comes to vitamins, I usually buy on a formula of: brand I know vs cost per tablet.

    When I get home I'll let you know which brand I took.

    I'll admit I got the cheap one. Feel like surely you can't go wrong.

    I ended up with blackmores. It's a small capsule so that was a bonus considering that most mornings i'm taking 6-7 different tablets.

    Is the melatonin something you need a prescription for?
