I read somewhere this helps with impulsivity. I'm thinking trying with Ds1. He's 5yrs old.
Yesterday he tried them and was off the rails all day. Is that possible?

It shouldn't be? What brand was it and what were the ingredients? An intake of omega 3 should be given while restricting too much omega 6 which is found in breads, cereals, vegetable oils and packet foods - did he eat much of those yesterday?

It might have just been coincidence. Today he seems ok. He is generally impulsive, it's just his nature.
