What is it about pregnancy and chips, bread, Lollys etc... I like to eat Paleo but morning sickness has put an end to it.

I ate paleo a few years ago and the weight just fell off. I'm going to start again. Is the pete Evans book worth buying?

Thanks 😊. My hubby is a type 1 diabetic so I'm just concerned that the paleo food won't be suitable for him.

Another one that fell off the Paleo diet when pregnant. I wasn't following it to lose weight, but it was a welcome side effect. My husband gets to a certain point with weightloss and can't go any further. weight just fell off him on Paleo.

I don't follow it strictly, but follow most principals.

subbing.. I started following a paleo-ish lifestyle. I still allow myself some treats otherwise I know I'll end up falling off the wagon. I have become more laxed with it since finding out I'm preg so hopefully following this will help inspire me again. Would be great if we could share our favourite recipes... I get so bored with just meat and salad.

Those that have been following a paleo lifestyle for a bit - did you have a huge drop in energy just after you started?

I started eating mostly paleo and felt great! No cravings and so much energy. Then after a couple of weeks I started to feel low on energy. I'm pregnant so just put the carbs back up (didn't want to risk anything) but then the cravings etc returned.

    Is that normal?
