One other thing to add on the "not coping" part....took me ages to realise that it's ok not to cope. Probably totally normal under the circumstances. Once I made peace with that, sort of accepted it and didn't fight it....and dropped the stupid expectations I had of myself (thought others had of me) I felt heaps calmer. xx

Im vomiting up blood due to my fingernails scratching the back of my throat trying to get the sick up.
Zofran takes the vomiting away but not the nausea. Also the constipation ooooooh myyyyyy Goddddddd! Tip: go grab some 'lactoloss' it's safe and 'works as advertised' í ½í¸í ½í±
