    Default Pregnancy vitamins without iron

    Hello I'm new here and just wondering if anyone can recommend and vitamins without iron, I have heomochromatosis full gene, the only vitamins I've found without iron are not suitable for pregnant women...

    I just took folate in first trim
    And vitamin d because I was low for a few weeks until summer kicked in

    Hi,
    I have it too. I just took ifolate and didn't worry about multivitamin. Had the odd berrocca for the B vitamins.
    I Am now 27 weeks and iron has dropped in just under 2 months from 28 to 14, and ferritin from 100 to 19, so make sure you keep an eye on it!

    I took a blackmores I-folate (I think that is what it's called), folic acid and iodine only in it, they're really the only vitamins I think you might need extra of if your diet is pretty good.

    Thanks ladies I am on folic acid but I'm so exhausted not even an hour after I wake I'm tired again so wanted a pick me up I just brought adult gummies as I found out they have no iron so hopefully they help!

    How has your iron been throughout the pregnancy?? I was pregnant in May and lost it at 10wks but during that pregnancy my iron doubled which stumped the doctors because it should have gone down not up.
