Hi ladies, thought I should introduce myself. I have 2 girls, 2 and 4 and we have just started ttc number 3. My cycles are generally all over the place. 30-45 days. I had no trouble conceiving first 2 times but my body is having a meltdown after I had mirena removed last week. Hubby also works away which makes things tricky but fingers crossed I'll track ovulation soon and can join some of you in our first tww. Good luck to you all.

Is anyone following a pregnancy diet while TTC? I don't know when you are supposed to start it? Should I be staying away from fetta, sushi and shellfish now lol? I'm on the TWW so technically could be pregnant! God willing anyway haha. Thanks ladies! Hope you are all going well! X

Sorry I haven't been really active lately ladies - have been following but my hearts not really been up to posting lately... Like many others, am feeling very flat about our ttc journey and am trying not to invest too much emotion into it anymore as I'm very over the constant disappointment.
Sorry to hear AF arrived for you @McBecks I'm thinking of trying SMEP this month but not totally sure whether we're up for it. Home life has been super stressful with renovations, buying land, making plans to build, and open inspections to try and sell our house! Not sure if we can deal with the extra pressure this month SMEP is pretty full on! I'm CD 8 today so will see what the vibe is tonight I suppose

Ok so saw the specialist this morning. He was very good! He said from my bt, I def ovulated! Thank God.
He also said, that human beings only have a 25% chance of conceiving each cycle in comparison to animals in nature that go on heat, which have 100% chance. How amazing! Anyway, he gave me some stats to pretty much reassure me. Also said it's quite normal to have 'off months' as we aren't machines and there can be fluctuations in cycle lengths.
I am going to Fertility Services South 15th Dec for a tracking cycle (bts involved on most days of my cycle to check hormone levels) and DH is getting some sperm analysis done, just to be doubley sure. The doc seems pretty confident with my fertility however. So here's hoping I get utd in the next 2 weeks and don't need any extra intervention! Will be using my fertitlity monitor to help pinpoint O which could really help me succeed in this TTC battle!
