I remember a lot of the posts/threads already mentioned but on a more random/personal level, lately I have been thinking a lot about @Theboys&me and her thread about dating... She said something that has really stuck with me, along the lines of " I like to believe the best about people and they usually come through" . It just really stuck with me because I've been feeling a bit bashed around by the world and had been losing faith in people, and just the way she said it, and maybe the timing for me, it was just a bit of a light bulb moment that has helped me be less cynical... it was really just a throwaway comment in the middle of a debate on trusting people but I have honestly thought of it almost every day in the last couple of months. Ha ha see? I said it was a bit random and personal lol

Theres one thread that has stuck with me more than others.
There was a young woman with 2 girls. Her hubby or fiance .and her had some troubles which we all offered advice on. Then a little baby was conceived.
If I remember rightly she lost him at 24 weeks, she called him Kane and got a lot of support from everyone. I often wonder how the family is doing.

And yes, I remember the ms draw crossing guard incident.

I also remember a thread about being rammed by a bull....and it was hilarious but I dont remember specifics

There is another thing I think about alot. A member who is vego and has one daughter a few years older then my kids. She was a single parent and saved and bought her own home. She always made awesome vego recipies and made sure her daughter ate really well at school.

I always think of her when making my kids lunch boxes and make them as interesting as possible. How can I make this better? Is it enough food? Will my kids feel deprived?

I have many teachers and vac care staff talk about the kids lunches but I know they will never compare to the awesomeness that is the member off of here so it feels like idle praise and a tad undeserving.

I also remember a thread where I think the OP had just been cheated on or separated or something and @Mokeybear posted something supportive (of course) along the lines of 'deep breath, straight back', and that phrase changed the way I live because it now helps me get out of bed on the days I don't feel like I can.

    Oh thank you ☺️

I loved reading lemonheads posts. She was a great poster. And I can't remember if I have her name right but maybe Elleb? She may of been an army wife?

I love reading sassysmum WLS journy. It's inspiring.

I follow bedew journey too on FB, from my pram forums 😁

I will never forget the small child (I think 3yo boy) who *apparently* made the perfect cheesecake in the middle of the night
