We are looking for mums who had gestational diabetes in pregnancy to give 10-15mins of their time to filling an online survey on their experience of the diabetes prevention care they have received after their baby was born.
http://www.magdastudy.org.au/mothers-survey.html will take you to the survey, which is completely anonymous.
The survey is closing on 14th November so it would great to hear from as many mums as possible between now and then!
The site has full information about the project plus other items that might be of interest to women who have had gestational diabetes.
