    Hi Miss Sagi

I notice you have ANA....I also have ellivated ANA. Do you mind if I ask if you are on any immune protocol for your Cape Town cycle?

Yes, i'm with Dr M... Intrilipids x 2 before transfer, Dexamethesone x 3, then 4 after transfer, Clexane 2 x 40mg a day and Neupogen daily starting a week before transfer.

If it wasn't for these immune meds, a donor cycle would be so easy!

I'm sitting in paradise at the moment at Ivory Tree Game Lodge in Pilanesberg National Park. What a great start to this journey. 😊

Girlfromsydney congratulations on the arrival of your twins - great weights too!
I'm reading along ladies and thinking of all those getting ready to go. So nerve wracking and exciting I know!
I have a good feeling for this thread this year - and especially for Blinky.

GFS... biggest hugs on the safe arrival of your little princesses. What have you called them?

PATSY... So...your scan revealed you are having a princess too?? How gorgeous and so glad she is growing beautifully.

SUNNY... Jesse looks amazing. I looked back at his previous photos you had text me and wow, his little lip is not even noticeable. If I didn't know better, you could not tell he is from donor eggs as he really does look like you both. Still treasuring the Christmas card photo...simply gorgeous. xx

KMP, huge congrats on your BFP and great HCG's. Loved your SA Pics and soon you'll have the best person ever to take pics of. I'm also a keen novice photographer and so was my donor which drew me towards her and loving capturing our little guys every move.

GIRLFROMSYDNEY, woo hoo! Massive congrats on the birth of your beautiful girls, any names chosen yet? Well done to you, 38 weeks is fantastic for twins and such super weights. Are you all home yet, how is it going?

We got to bring our boys home last week and both are doing great, the past week has been a bit of a blur and we are naturally a little sleep derived as we both need to be up during the night looking after one each for the feeds as they got on 2.5-3 hourly routines in the hospital and wake simultaneously, but coping and feel so blessed and so in love. The first 48-72hrs was totally nerve wracking as they are so small, now at 37 weeks (1 month old) they are 2.350 and 2.390g respectively but we are all getting used to each other with each passing day.

Sending GINORMOUS well wishes o everyone heading over for Feb. as nerve wracking as it is enjoy it all. for those asking about updates we were blessed by our gorgeous donor who sent us little updated messages of how she was doing via the agency. CFC / Dr LR then kept us updated once we were in Cape Town, IF you get a local sim on arrival they will call you with updates, well they did us.

I also saw Sarah and had a session the day before transfer and immediately following as others have mentioned she is close to cfc and very accommodating if you can give her a heads up of approx timings.

MrsErin, you must be next for meeting your gorgeous bub. Hope you are keeping well.

hi and magic SA baby dust to everyone wherever you are at. Life has suddenly become quite crazy but I still try and pop on and see how you are all doing. The 4am feed/pump is my email catch up time these days

    xxxx
