Sorry for lack of personals as I'm on my phone and struggling with app

    Myheart, great beta!

Chillout, also only weeks off 44th birthday, welcome! Girls have given great advice, neutral place to chat through feelings/pro/cons will be good for hubby, everyone processes differently. It took us 7 OE cycles, miscarriage and finally hubby and I could move on and the best decision of our lives. Looking back now I wish I'd done it sooner, hindsight - but you need to process in your own time and have no "I wish... ' when looking back.

Thinking of everyone at every stage may 2015 be a year of dreams coming true.

    AFM:
We ended up getting an extra surprise as our little fellas decided they didn't want to wait for 2015 and miss the party!

My waters broke Christmas night/Boxing Day morning. Rushed to hospital and they tried stopping contractions but nothing was stopping our little man.
Baby A was breeched and B transverse so booked for 4:30pm c section though I ended up being rushed for emergency as baby A's chord was protruding at 4pm when they came to check dilation. I was rushed to operating room and poor Hubby had to sit and wait for an hour before knowing what was going on.

Thankfully at 4:16 baby A - Charlie Allan... 1.73kg 43cm joined us followed 2mins later by his brother, Joshua Crosby... 1.89kg 45cm long. Both were rushed to intensive care and are doing well. Charlie came off oxygen on Friday and Josh came off Saturday. They are tiny but perfect and hopefully will only be in hospital for a few weeks. I'm doing ok and just can't believe our little miracles are here, feels so surreal. xx

Sunflower! Wow that's quite a birth story. I can only imagine how hard it is with both your boys in special care.
    Congrats to you!
Gfs - I only made it to 35 w but remember that feeling well! Rest up!

Dr Le Roux advised us to go ahead with the FET so it looks like we'll be back over in late May.

    Hi Ladies & Gents,

Apologies for being missing in action! I have been completely consumed and besotted by our little man.

He arrived on 16 Dec at 39 weeks as planned via elective CS. 3.08kg 50cm long - perfect in every way. We are totally in love and so glad we gave it one more go

I wish I could do it again and again, it is by far the most amazing experience of my life. But with my 50th birthday looming I have to be grateful that I got the chance at all. I owe this forum so much, as without it I may never have taken this leap of faith.

I am slowly going back over all your posts, usually when feeding or expressing in the middle of the night, and will update the roll call soon. Just read Sunflower's twins have made and early debut - congratulations hun

Happy New Year everyone, may all your dreams come true
