Yeah, I thought that too Blinky. Not long for you now either to head over. She's having IT issues which is a why she didn't post herself, no doubt she has her hands full too!

Hi everyone
Patsy - All the best with your first scan and appointment today. Hope it's all smooth sailing.
Mardicharli - What a relief that your Lucrin arrived just in time. Good luck with your cycle.
Feather - Congrats on the safe arrival of your precious babies.
Laned - I am sorry for the chaos with the spotting, it must all be so confusing and frustrationg. I hope your FS will give you the answers you need. I was worried about the OCP because last time when i did an OE cycle at CFC, when i stopped the pill, i got a VERY, VERY light spotting and i was worried that it wasn't normal. I asked Dr LR, who assured me it does happen sometimes on the pill. I hope your FS gives you answers.
To all the ladies in Cape Town - Wish you the best with your cycle and pray you all come back with BFP'S.
AFM - Still waiting for donor's AMH test results, so i can get my Treatment plan.

Emski... thanks for letting us know Feather's great news (even if early!) And always reassuring to hear stories of second visit success stories, as I do think it would take a lot to go a second time (says me, who hasn't been once yet!!)
Good luck everyone, I follow along all the time. I'm having the last of my sister's DEs transferred this coming Saturday, so we'll see how that goes :-)

Hi all
Just checking in from Doha where we arrived yesterday after our Saturday midnight flight from Melb. Stupidly I forgot to pack a travel adaptor for here (of course I have 2 for SA and a power board) so I haven't had battery until I thought I'd ask the hotel if they had an adaptor. They did but I'm only going to charge my phone just in case the voltage blows my laptop (my phone is due to be replaced anyway so I don't care). Doha is lovely, hot but all the people are really friendly and our hotel is nice. Not a lot to do but Qatar airlines provided a free city tour which was good and the stop over is only to break up the trip so all is good. DH and I are both trying to get some study done this afternoon while we kill time to our 1.30am flight Tues morning (yuck). Coping ok with the meds although I was quite ill from Wednesday- Friday. I picked up a nasty bug, probably due to burning the candle at both ends and being on Prednisolone to combat NKCs.
Thoroughly looking forward to catching up with Patsy, Laned and Hopeforall in CT. Also so very excited for Feather on the arrival of her precious bubs. Gutted we will miss you Mardicharli :-( but glad your lucrin finally arrived!
patsy - I'll be in touch ASAP when we get to CT to organise that coffee!
Laned - I too had some treatment period issues (it was super late) and was advised by CFC to get progesterone, estrogen etc checked out. Fortunately the day I had the bloods, AF arrived. Hope yours gets sorted soon, I'm sure they will be able to adjust your meds either way. Remember they do a lining scan at your first appt and then still have a few days after transfer to get in right so you have some wiggle room. X
Thanks everyone for cheering us November ladies on, I hope we can all inspire the Feb 2015 ladies with lots of BFPs as the much as the March 2014 ladies have inspired us with their successes. Xx

Patsy73 and williteverhappen - I truly wish you all the very best.
Laned - I had a similar issue (first time ever it's happened) with the cycle I did but it made no difference to my lining. Of course something to talk to your FS about and we're all different - but hopefully it's no problem.
Emski72 - nice to hear feathers outcome. Since our chemical result I have been struggling so I started reading some of the old threads to try and find some hope and I have just been reading about feathers journey - I think she'd just done her first trip and gotten a bfn - it's lovely to see she got a great outcome in the end.
A question for those of you in Brisbane - do any of you ever get together for coffee or anything? Completely understand if you don't but thought it was worth asking.

Argh another panic! You are right Laned, so much to panic about!!
Just received an email from CFC to say I need to take the Lucrin depot today, as like you Laned, I have been bleeding for the last few days (even though I only stopped the pill last night. Problem is that I have no idea where it needs to be injected as the packaging says your doctor will do it!!
I have replied to CFC but as it's 10pm I doubt I will get a reply before tonight...
Anyone know where it needs to be stuck??

I previously used the Lucrin daily which is a 'belly' shot (subcutaneous). I believe the depot injection however is a muscle shot ??(thigh or butt)
