My first labour stalled and ended up in c section when I had to lay down for monitoring. With my 2 vbac's I didn't want to have to lay down for monitoring but didn't want to fight the hospital - my solution was to stay home as long as I could. Apparently I have good sticking power - ended up fully dilated when I got there.

How'd you go making a decision with this, Tildy? Hope all is traveling well with your pregnancy. For what it's worth I'd probably go into debt to birth at home!
