Thanks KayzB, I do remember them telling me to keep it really easy/simple. I just did a slow session on the exercise bike. I moved it inside & had the air con going (it's so hot up here atm) so hopefully it's all good. I'm just so worried about something going wrong. I ended up finding my heart rate monitor so had that on to make sure it didn't go over what it's meant too. I feel so much better now though so might make sure I do a bit each day

Thanks @Rocky27 and @KayzB, DH gave me a lovely bunch of flowers when I got home from work last night and I have been so distracted I didn't even get him a card so quickly popped out at lunch to grab one!

I think my EDD is 15 July but thats only going off the baby app I downloaded I haven't had that confirmed but Im sure its fairly accurate!

I have been thinking the same about exercise, I used to go to the gym very regularly but stopped a few months ago because coincidently our gym closed and I didn't want to join another until I knew what was happening with IVF so I used to regularly walk and do pilates dvds, but I haven't done anything since i started this cycle and and now too scared to do anything until at least after my scan. I think the key is not to overheat, but as previously suggested your FN will be able to give you a guide.

    hey ladies,
my bt went well. scan booked for the 1st dec, cant wait.

with exercise it really depends on why you needed ivf. I needed sperm so am continuing as before, walking dog and Pilates. but do as you feel comfotable and stop when too hot or crampy.

Jen, that's so nice your DH got you flowers Very thoughtful

Hawknest, I'm glad your blood test went well. I'm having a scan on the 1st of Dec too How far along will you be?

How is everyone going? I had to go in to QFG today & pick up some more pessaries. I asked the nurse about exercise & she said exercise bike was fine as long as I don't over heat. It's so hot this time of year so I might stick to swimming instead I think until I have my scan & see what's going on.

Scan went well yesterday. Saw bub and hb of 150. And very importantly there is only 1 bub! I have been freaking out it might be twins because hcg has always been on the high side and I've been so so so so sick lately. Before the scan the receptionist and fs even said 'I wonder if it's twins'! But I nearly got hospitalised last week because I was so dehydrated. Haven't been able to eat anything and was not drinking much. Still not eating much, but trying to drink a few hydrolyte drinks and now have the zolfran wafers which help a bit. Feel like cr@p but happy the scan went well. Hope everyone else is doing good.
