I am fairly new to the Everyday Rewards program at Woolies. So far I should have a $30 voucher and a $75 voucher due to my spendings and their promotions. But how do you get the vouchers? Will it be sent to me in the mail? It doesn't show anything online when I log in to my account and nor have I had any emails regarding my rewards. Anyone know how it works?

Woollies everyday rewards * how does it work?

Basically they collect data on everything that you buy. along with people's age/gender etc - so that they can tailor advertising and marketing.
..oh - you wanted to know about discounts - sorry, you'll have to wait til someone who has one comes along - or maybe ask Woolworths themselves.

As long as you activated the offer, they will mail them out to you usually within a couple of weeks of the promotion ending. The $30 one shouldn't be far away but I think the $75 one is still going or has only just ended. If you don't receive your cards, just give them a call and they can look it all up for you and let you know exactly when they'll be sent

Basically you need to register your card and respond to emails. They will send an email and you need to activate the offer. Maybe check all setting are right ( as in have you ticked you don't want marketing material as these emails are marketing material)

Yes I activated the offers and spent accordingly in the time frames the offers applied. Guess my entitlements will get to me in due course then.

As long as you activated the offer and spent the required amount over the set weeks you will get the voucher. You should receive an email to let you know you qualified for the voucher and it will be posted to you.
They do take a long time to arrive. The email will give you a date you should receive the voucher by and they ask you to call only if you haven't received it by that date. Its usually around a month wait.
