OMG I am disgusted. I got angry just reading that! I am trying to put myself in that situation and imagine what I would do but I can't think of anything...maybe I would have thrown the basket at her, but then I had a minute to think so I probably wouldn't have.
I would try and find out who she is and notify the police. I think that having the police turn up on her doorstep would be the ultimate response.

I hope you are all okay xx

Wowzers. Massive hugs for you all. Congratulations on having self restraint, I'd have been arrested if this was me. I hope Spotlight can help you out with camera footage. What a complete scumbag.

In regards to culture, the lady was of an Asian descent. What cultural upbringing she has had though, is anyone's guess.

The girls are much better this morning thankfully. And a good night sleep removed some of my rage.
I have to laugh though, you all think I'm restrained because I didn't smack her one. I had a c section 4 weeks ago with a pretty crappy recovery. It would have been too painful to hit her. It was restrain to protect myself, definitely not her!

    That is awful and disgusting.

Vile woman. I would still ask for CCTV footage and report it.

    I hope you're all ok.

I agree with this, touch base with your gp as all sorts of diseases can be transmitted via saliva if it went into you DD eyes mouth or an open wound.

I am stunned the store didn't call the police when it happened. Culture is in no way an excuse for that kind of behaviour.

What kind of scum bag does that?

It's a pity you didn't think to call the cops on her.
Anyone who does that is the very kind who parks in disabled zones or throws kittens in bins.
I'm sure had the police been called she'd be on record for something similar.
    Absolute scum!

I hope your little one is OK.
It's good you didn't lash out for her benefit, I'm sure that would have upset her even more.
I really do feel like carrying a plank of wood around with me these days.
People are seriously getting on my nerves out there.
Everybody just seems to be so bloody entitled to everything don't they!

    Oh. my. God!!
I would have lost it and punched her.

However, the more calm option would be to call the police and try and have her charged. I would try and follow up on that if I were you.
