    Unfortunately, yup it is.

You can try natural ways for energy like green apples etc. But honestly it is just really exhausting. I found doing things like going for a walk or splashing some cold water on my face helped a bit..

Absolutely, I couldn't move off the couch. I managed to catch up with all of my shows, which was good.

Have you had your iron levels checked lately? I complained to my mw that I was super tired and wanted my iron checked. She laughed at me but indulged the weepy pregnant woman and when I got my results back I had no iron stores left and had to start on double strength tablets.

I had them checked 3 weeks ago when I did the GTT and they were a little on the low side, the midwife straight away said to take iron tablets but my OB stepped in and said not to, that it was beneficial for my stores to run a little low at the moment as I have haemochromatosis and my haemoglobin remained really good. But long story short, he suggested as my haemoglobin was still good I shouldn't feel fatigue related to lower iron stores.

Did taking the iron tablets help with your energy @amyd or did you remain tired through the remainder of your pregnancy?

Helped so much once I started them. Within about a week I stopped having nanna naps in the afternoon. Mind you, I was also on antibiotics for a sinus infection at the same time so getting that treated and actually having some decent sleep would have helped. Not only were my stores low but my haemoglobin was down because of it.
