    Those suggestions r great!!! He should be home in a couple of days & I'll try those things to ease my peri pain. Can't wait to be able to lie down & half the pressure not on it

    congratulations... welcome to the world Bailey

    i can highly recommend the frozen condom... when my DS was 18 months old, i had to have another episiotomy due to scarring... and i woke up after surgery with the ice condom... OMG it was heaven and i loved them.. they really helped with the swelling and pain...
