Hello, I had an ultrasound and the report says there is no evidence of any intra or extrauterine gestation, but appearances may represent early pregnancy. What does this mean? Am I pregnant?

'But appearances may represent early pregnancy' - so from that I take it they see something that could be early pregnancy.
