Hi, am looking for some advice about whether to use a fitbit flex whilst pregnant. Given we are already surrounded by electromagnetic fields every day in our phones, tablets etc, is it really wise/healthy for bub to have something on 24 hours a day that surrounds us with a continual EMF. I have read some conflicting articles but nothing definitive.

I have a fitbit, the one you clip on though, (sorry, half awake here and I can't remember the name) not the bangle one and the fitbit Aria scales. I love them but I stopped using them while even trying to get pregnant.
I just don't trust that kind of thing.
I think our bodies are really affected my electrical changes and although I was willing to use it for myself, I didn't want to risk it for a teeny living thing inside me.
I have heard of women use them in pregnancy, it's just not for me.
im probably a bit over careful when pregnant though.
I'm actually looking up an old fashioned pedometer this morning to get some walking in. Spring is making me feel energised
