How about yourself when are you returning to work? I plan on picking DD up from school tomorrow so will see how I cope with that, everyone will be avoiding me though as I am still unable to shower lol!
I work in my families business so am lucky I can take as much time off as I need. I only had the surgery today so won't go in tomorrow and may just work from home Friday. Our clinic is an hour away but don't have to go back for 6 weeks, or if we do iui we will be back there in a month. I can understand not working while going through this and ivf. I've warned my family if we have to do ivf in July I probably will take a few weeks off work because I don't want the extra stress. I had a shower tonight because I have waterproof bandages on. We are going to hunt through our first aid kit now to try find a bandage to replace the belly button patch. Thanks for the tips, it's always nice to chat with someone going through the same thing isn't it

Had a Lapo June 2015 after 4 yrs of on/off ivf/icsi. Switched specialist who did the Lapo. 5 months later natural conception of a little ds who nearly 7 months old

You can dtd when bleeding stops we waited 2 wks until I felt better. My doc is a fs/ob/gyno and is totally amazing aswell. Personally I'd wait a few months before you start any further processes as it can happen naturally after a "clean out" so to speak. A friend has the same issues I had same doctor to and is due in 3 weeks

Oh thats great that you are in a family business and take the time you need and definately helpful if you do need to go down the ivf route but hopefully this will help things in your iui cycle.
Definately good to chat to someone going through the same thing, you can buy the patches I have on in a chemist if you need some.

Thanks @babybeeno1 as far as we know I have no issues, unless something showed up in today's surgery, dp has low sperm count so I think we will still need assistance, but will keep that in mind. Thanks again

We are both doing Accupunture and on Chinese herbs, he was on conceive well but it didn't seem to help. We are waiting on the latest sc results to see if herbs and Accupunture are helping

Kylez83 - I have just remembered the nurse told me originally that if the patch comes off just to use a bandaid. Hope you managed to sleep ok my sleep was very restless but I had a headache too which didn't help.
