So my OB just rang and it's confirmed I ovulated last month!!! Yay! Big win for me!
Still waiting to see if I get my period as to whether we do the laparoscopy but AF is due this weekend and I've been having cramps basically flat out since fertile week... so who knows! We will just wait and see.

I did do a pregnancy test yesterday but I think it might be a bit too early haha

I'm on my second cycle after my hysteroscopy and laparoscopy and I got a BFP yesterday and again today!! Not sure if it's due to that or a coincidence, who knows. We were told we wouldn't conceive naturally and would need ivf. We have all paperwork and invoice for ivf, that we got on Wednesday and were about to sign up and pay so we could do our first ivf in May. I can't believe we got a positive!

Biggest of congratulations to you!! It's always the way though, isn't it? You have to give up for something to happen!!!!!! Can I ask, did they find/remove anything with your lap/hyst?

@nightowlsurprise yes they found mild endometriosis. I also had a dnc when I had the hysteroscopy. Not sure if it all helped or if it's a coincidence

Anyone know what to expect with the first AF after a lap to remove stage 3 endo and D&C? My AF was only 2 days late.. Didn't quite get to 28 days, which I really wanted.. It came after 26 days
Anyhow, the AF flow was light to medium and the colour of AF was brown.. I'm a bit worried that it was brown.. Isn't it supposed to be red after a d&c? There shouldn't be any old blood.. He literally removed it 2 weeks ago with a d&c!!! Should the flow be light or medium or heavy?
