Last time I went in the day before o and he did and internal ultrasound, saw I had an 19mm follicle and he gave me a shot of hcg to give it an extra boost and then we went back about 30 hours later and he did the iui. Our only issue is low sperm count so I can't see why the iui won't work...

I had my laparoscopy in October, 4 months later and still BFN. Booked an appointment with ivf specialist in couple of weeks because it looks like it won't happen naturally.

Hi @Liz8585, yes I was sore for quite a while too. I think it's been about 4 weeks now and I still get little twinges but that first week that you've just been through is terrible, it's going to be much easier from here for you what is your fertility history? Ours is low sperm count. My laparoscopy was just to double check all of fine before we do ivf. I had mild endometriosis which they were able to clear up.

    Hi@kylez83,
I'm 31, I have PCOS since I was a teenage. Married for 13 years, never got pregnant. I have all the dramas of PCOS, did not respond to clomid, 3 cycles of fsh, one cycle responded well but no pregnancy. After this end week meeting with fs I would perhaps know what next. I'm guessing IVF is my next step. Seems like My dream to b a mom gonna b a just dream just wish to have a healthy n gd bb!!
Egg collection is something I fear in ivf, again general anesthesie.

@Liz8585 - Hope the pain eases for you soon hun and you get some answers from your fs about the procedure. I have pcos too so my fs did ovarian drilling at the same time as the lap, did you have that done too? Your dream is definitely not over hun hang in there there is always a chance and we have to have hope that is all that keeps us going. You coped with the lap hun, I have had several egg collections now with ivf and they are nothing compared to how I felt after the lap, you can do it if that is the next step x
