dear patient, please , please ring the call bell one more time, I really want to take you to the toilet just one more time.

Also , don't wipe your bottom, even though you can, I would be happy to do it for you. No really , it's all part of the service.

Could you also make sure that you bring your nasty relative in to stay with you for the entire day, the other nurses and I are really enjoying their company.

    Default Things you'll never say....

Thank you for coming to your medical appointment without your Medicare/concession cards and then getting cranky when I try to explain that I do actually need it EVERY SINGLE TIME if you want Medicare to pay for your tests (Bulk Billed). Do you get cranky at your Woolies check-out-chick/bloke when they ask for your eftpos/credit card every single time? Even if you just gave it to them last week?? No?

Thank you so much DF for sleeping through while I got up to DD every hour last night and thank you so much for sleeping in while I got up 530 even though I have to go to work today... I would really hate for you to be too tired to look after DD today

Woohoo, another IBS stomach ache, can't wait for the next couple of hours of pain and constantly rushing to the toilet! I'm 100% sure the kids will be perfectly behaved and not get into everything they shouldn't whilst I'm stuck in there...

Oh I feel for you. I know what it's like. Thankfully I have had hardly any symptoms during this pregnancy but I am certain it will hit when bubs is out. Do you take anything to help? I find the inner health plus IBS support helps a little.

Thank you Bubbasmum at least I was at home, public attacks truly suck! Mine calmed down in pregnancy too, it also gets worse every time I have AF I wonder if there is a hormonal link? You might be lucky when bubs is born, after my second it stayed pretty calm for me (then I had two more children haha). I try to remember to take probiotics and I do think that they help but I'm just terrible at remembering, I tried aloe Vera juice once too and had some success so I must back onto that I think.

That's right, DS. You tell that nice elderly lady where her genitals are. Loudly. Oh, and you're showing her too! Wonderful!
