Hi everyone my 6yr old has just been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis.
I am hoping to hear from anyone who knows anything about this condition or has a child with it.
I am wondering if this is a condition that she can eventually recover from and if it is something that will stay with her forever, will it inhibit her life at all and can it be fatal or shorten her life span?
what can I do at home to help her feel better?
Sorry to sound vague but our specialist appointment was only yesterday so I am just finding my feet and would appreciate any advice or just sharing of experience you can give me.
she is currently on an antibiotic named Klacid as she has been unwell for almost 5 months now and other antibiotics have failed to clear the bacteria in her lungs.
thank you for reading my post
