    Our last offer was the most we were approved for and we are ready to proceed ASAP , could you please ask the owner what is the absolute lowest price they would take if we were in a position to sign a contract on Friday ( or whatever day you will have your finance approval) as we trying to obtain an increase from the bank and will know on Friday if we are successful . Would the owners also be interested in us paying them a weekly rent until settlement on the home to give them a little extra income and to show how serious we are about buying their home?

    I'm a SAHM with 2 kids, so on DH's base wage (not counting overtime) - our mortgage repayments are at 15%, we however double it & put 30%.

    Our mortgage is 75% of our net income. We manage very well on that
