    We were given a vegetti (sp?) Vegetable spaghetti thingy for Christmas and are yet to use it to it's full potential.

    Eta: oh come on! I gotta stop looking at these food threads! That sauce looks so good! Just leave mushrooms out for me though.
    @rainbow road do you cook or saute the zucchini or leave it raw and stir the sauce through at the last minute?

    @DesperatelySeekingSleep I pour boiling water over them for 2-3 mins, then add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and then stir the sauce through 😊

    Thanks. I might try a small batch for myself and dd2 for lunch tomorrow after i do some food shopping and then try it on the others. It sounds really yummy.
