Tonight I gave the stay at home mum site's recipe - savoury bread and butter pudding - a go. It was a hit. I changed quite a few things to suit us...kamut bread instead of wheat (for me), almond milk instead of dairy, grated zucchini and peas instead of tomatoes (kids turn their noses up at tomatoes), salami instead of bacon/ham (because we had some that needed using). It was sooo easy and versatile. I highly recommend it if your family likes eggs!
