Anyone currently doing a cycle, about to start or finished one?
I'm at week 9 and just love it, I don't want it end!

My Women's health Physio took one look at this for me and crossed out half the exercises
Said that sit-ups lying on your bsvk everyone knew were not good and was surprised they were in
Also told me that a lot ofvthe stuff would put too much pressure on my pubic bone and if my pelvis wasn't alreafy in pain it would be after a few weeks of this
Apparently they aren't pregnancy qualified which is why the program looks like it does
