I was frustrated to find out that Coles and Woolworths no longer stock readymade formula cartons (S26) -- I have a long road trip coming up where having a readymade option would make life so much easier! Also, having the floods take out my electricity (and water was also dubious) for 6 days back in 2011, quite conscious of having options for 'emergencies'... I rang S26, and they said Coles and Woolworths pulled the product. Rang Coles and Woolworths, and they said the supplier is no longer supplying...

Did these things not sell? Or is it a 'baby-friendly' initiative to make life more difficult for FF in Aus?

Ok I've just checked everywhere online that used to sell it and no one has it anymore. I think they're no longer supplying it. It probably didn't sell well as it was so expensive compared to tins of formula.

A few months ago before having dd the hospital told me I had to bring the ready made formula because they wouldn't allow the powder (I was ff from birth). So I did my research and read somewhere that Its a discontinued product, I couldn't find anywhere that sells it. Although I did come across a us website. I would assume Its because Its not a big seller. I remember buying it for ds2 last year and it was $3-$4 just for 1.

I've just found it on drugstoredepot.com.au. The carton is a different shape to what I remember so I'd hazard a guess that it imported from the USA.

Thanks for that, Lil M and Purple Lily Sounds like the ready-made formula is on par with my current emergency/travel alternative, which is buying some of the bebi sterilized water bottles ($2.95 from coles), and just adding powder.
