    Smile Vitex for Conception!

    Hi ladies,

Long time stalker, new user! So hi!!

Ok so I am wondering how many of you use Vitex to help with conception? Do you find it works? How often do you take it?
Sorry for all the questions just trying to wrap my head around it a little.

    thanks x

I used Vitex (1000mg) once a day from the day AF stopped until I got my BFP. I believe it helped me conceive my first child.
i didn't use it for my second, but I have been using it for 1 and a half cycles now to TTC #3. It seems to be stabilising my BBT and brought O forward by a couple of days.
    Good Luck.

It's meant to be great for women with a short luteal phase, but I understand it shouldn't be used if you have normal cycles
