    Default **spin off** what do your kids call their grandprants

    My mum and step dad are nanny and pa

    My dad and his wife are pop and *wifes name* (she insisted they call her by her name

    My grandad (kids great grandad) is grandy

    My dad's parents (kids great grandparents) are grandma & grandpa

    My step dads mum (kids great grandma) is Obuk/Okibuk (origianlly babushka but when we werw little we couldnt say it)

    DH's mum (deceased) and her partner were/are nanna and poppy Stu

    Dh's grandmother (on his dads side) is banana

    My mum is Nonni (became a grandmother at 38 and refused to be called grandma etc).

    My grandparents are nanny and pop (which is what I call them)

    Dh's parents are grandma and pa.

    Mine are Nanna and Poppy , in laws are Grandma and Grandad , my friends kids call her mum and dad Glam ma and Grump pa !

    DS only has one pair living of grandparents (my parents) he calls them Nanny and Grandad

    He knows his fathers parents as Nanna Coral and Poppa Jim but never met them as they passed away before he was born so he only knows them from photos.

    My grandad (his great grandad) he called grumpy (couldn't say great grandpa properly lol)

    My parents are Grannie (mum insisted on the "ie" )and Pop and my in laws are Grandma and Grandad. My Grandmother was Big Gran.

    My DH and his brothers used to call their grandmothers Pup Pup and Ding Dong! Cracks me up!

    My inlaws are Nanny and Poppy. My Parents are Bummer and Bram They got that name when my eldest DS was starting to talk as he couldn't say Grandpa and Grandma properly and it has just stick.

    My parents are Grandma & Grandpa
    MIL is also Grandma (she did want Mimi but we knocked it back).
    FIL is Papa
    DH's gran got "old Gran" which DD decided.
    His grandfather got Pa *surname*
