    Default soooo tired!!

    Im 37w 4d. And I just seem to sleep ALL the time! I have about 11 hours at night, sometimes a little broken due to being uncomfy or going to the loo but mostly a solid sleep... then during the day I'm getting about 3 hours and still feel like I could sleep more!!
    I'm usually very 'on the go' but I have no motivation to do anything, no nesting urge, nothing... I just want to sleep... is this bad? I know I should rest, but it seems excessive... I stopped work a week ago and ive been like this every day since...
    I'm very low, lots of pelvic pain, lots of braxton hicks, vague, clumsy, and just generally uncomfortable. Normal I know. I'm very much over being pregnant right now!
    I'm worried that resting too much will delay labour starting... because I'm not moving around and walking etc... ???

    I go in ebbs and flows but I can be fairly exhausted. This is number 2 and I am 39 weeks and I wish I could sleep more but I have a 19 month old who says no to that idea!!

    First time I slept a lot from when I went on mat leave at 37 weeks but then got some energy back at about 38-39 weeks. I would try do a small walk around the block each day at least so I didn't feel bad about not walking more, but remember you also want to be rested to go into labour.

    Trust what your body is telling you.

    Oh and have you had your ferretin (iron) levels checked?? I've just started taking supplements as my levels were quite low at 37 weeks so once they kick in hopefully that will help.

    Definitely get your iron levels checked. Mine were so low I had no reserves left and the dr was quite concerned.
