HI,My name is Rachel and I'm a second year student nurse/midwife at UQ. I'm seeking mums-to-be who are having their baby at the Mater Mother's Hospital, Brisbane to be part of the continuity of care program. The continuity of care program requires students to follow women through their pregnancy and provide extra support. This involves me accompanying you to antenatal appointments, the birth and postnatal visits. I would feel very privileged to be able to support you during your journey.
If you are interested or have any questions, please contact me on email@example.com.
Look forward to hearing from you,
