I have my first horse show in 4 years this weekend. Haven't been on the circuit since I had a really bad fall in 2010. Dragged my gear out of storage last night, and can JUST do it up, lol! At least my helmet hasn't got too tight, haha!

I'm struggling to eat good on feast days. I'm on school holidays so lots of outings!
Once I'm back at work (3 days per week) , I'm sure it will be easier!

Hi ladies. I'm doing my first fast day today and am completely amazed that I'm only just beginning to struggle. I am really not a person who can deal with hunger but I have only just felt the need to go get a celery stick to keep me going. I have had 3 coffees (I know I know but I'm addicted and will tackle one thing at a time!) and a banana about an hour ago, and aside from that I've had about half a slice of watermelon. I have drunk a ton of water and soda water but that's normal for me anyway. How is everyone else going?
I'm going to make a spinach chicken and almond salad for dinner and try and pig out on the spinach leaves so I don't feel hungry and then I might have some jelly.
Ps I am 175 and 75 kgs.

First fast day today and not going too bad I guess. So far today I've had;
Jarrah coffee (59 cals) for morning coffee.
Lunch was 1 serving of baked beans (101 cals) with a diet coke
Afternoon snack just then was 100 gms of rock melon (29 cals)
Dinner will be veggies and a small portion of chicken.
Seems like I should be able to keep this up hopefully.

Dinner: zoodles or zucchini noodles (116 cals).
Probably doesn't look that great but is yummo.
