    I'm biting the bullet and having a go with this starting 1st October. Decided I'm going to fast on Thursdays/Mondays. Really not sure how I'm going to go but I reckon if I just don't bother eating until dinner I should be alright. Should make me drink more water which will also be a huge benefit!
    I'm 170cm and 81kg. What kind of weightless can I expect/hope for? (I know it isn't a definite I'm just looking for people with some experience to motivate me lol)

    From what I've read the average weightloss is around 0.5kgs/week. I've only been at it for 2 weeks and I'm down 4.6kgs. I have a fair bit to lose though... I'm a cm shorter than you but started at 13kgs more than you.
    I guess so many different factors come into play though... you can only give it a shot and see how it pans out.

    I'm around 167cm and I started at 80.1kg last Monday, fasted Wednesday and Thursday and was down to 78.7kg on Friday. No idea on the long-term results obviously but I'm feeling really good already and I can see myself doing this long-term.

    I have definitely noticed a major increase in my water intake which is great, because I barely drank any before last week.

    I'm struggling today. It's 9:45am and I'm starving. Been up since 4.45am and both kids are being full on and stressing me out. It's raining and a public holiday today so not much we can do
    So far I've had a 60cal coffee when I got up and nothing else yet. I want to hold out and have lunch around 1pm. Not sure how that's going to work today. Time to make a tea.
