I'm in charge of the card tomorrow at a work morning tea. We are celebrating our Front Office worker being made permanent at our school.
I want to write something like 'what do ---, ---- and Griselda have in common? They're all permanent!'
But the only permanent things I can think of are superglue, death and permanent markers. What are some other permanent things I could write?
I'm totally expecting someone like @Bonezart to suggest 'that one persistent long pube that grows down your thigh' or something :-)

I feel so negative because the only permanent things I can think of are not good i.e. death, taxes and climate change. That wouldn't sound so good in a card, lol. I love your idea though.
Maybe go with the superglue and tattoos?
