    Default I don't like what my new fitbit is telling me....

    I spend 8-9 hours in bed most nights, but getting less than 4 hours sleep per night. Getting up to bub 2-5 times (15 months old) but waking up to 30 times a night.... No wonder I am buggered!!

    You poor thing!! This is why I could never get one of these! I sooo don't want to know how much sleep I get!!!

    Yeah it is easier when you can kid yourself that you are sleeping more than you actually are.

    I know waking up to bub is the main thing but with the change of season check that you aren't sleeping too hot. That really disturbs your sleep.
